Tessa Tyldesley - Jewellery

Tessa studied Fine Art having already trained as a Primary school teacher. After working in schools and the theatre she began to make jewellery over 30 years ago.

She uses semi-precious stones and sterling silver. Tessa’s approach is very much influenced by her painter’s eye. The colour, weight and texture of the materials are all considered in a piece to help create an impression of balance and rhythm.

Designing jewellery is her main occupation and she has built up a network of galleries and shops that show her work.
