Abstract painter
In 1997 I obtained a Batchelor of Arts degree in Mixed Media Arts at the University of Westminster. This was followed in 2000 by a Master of the Arts Degree also acquired at University of Westminster.
In 2017 I moved from London to the peace and quiet of Herefordshire and began painting semi abstract landscapes.
In 2019 I was delighted to win the h-Art 1st prize at The Old Mayors Parlour in Hereford.
Since then I have continued with my practice of painting in my attic studio. My work continues to evolve and is inspired by my surroundings, memory and colour.
Simply put, my process of abstraction is achieved through the application and removal of many layers of paint, mark making, experimentation.
